X-treme Tail Light for Model 3/Y
X-treme Tail Light for Model 3/Y
X-Treme Full LED Tail Lights for Tesla Model 3 & Model Y
Replace the factory rear light assemblies with a more aggressive X-shaped Full LED design featuring a dynamic startup sequence, sequential turn signals, high-visibility brake and reverse lighting, and vehicle-specific plug-and-play wiring.
Signature X-Style Design
A distinctive X-shaped light signature spans the inner and outer rear-light sections for a sharper and more customized Tesla rear-end appearance.
Full LED Lighting System
Integrated LEDs handle position, braking, turning, reverse and rear-fog functions without requiring separate replacement bulbs.
Sequential Turn Signals
Progressive streamer-style turn indicators create a clearly visible sequential animation when signaling.
Why the X-Treme Tail Light Stands Out
Unlike an overlay, tint film or supplemental LED strip, this product replaces the corresponding factory rear-light assemblies with dedicated X-style housings.
Each startup triggers a sequential X-style illumination sequence before the lights settle into their normal operating state.
The brake-light section increases brightness when braking to make the stopping signal more visually prominent to following traffic.
Dedicated high-output reverse-light sections provide additional rearward illumination when reverse is selected.
The system includes a high-intensity rear fog-light function where supported by the applicable vehicle and regional configuration.
Red or RGB
Red:
Uses the conventional red X-style appearance shown in
the standard product configuration.
RGB:
Adds multicolor decorative illumination to the X-style
lighting architecture. Exact RGB control behavior is not
fully published on the current product page.
Five Core Rear-Lighting Functions
Uses a dynamic breathing-style scanning effect as part of the current lighting program.
High-brightness LED illumination emphasizes braking for clearer rear signaling.
Progressive streamer illumination creates a moving turn-indicator effect.
Dual LED reverse-light sections illuminate when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
High-intensity rear fog-light functionality is built into the lighting system for applicable configurations.
Distinctive Day & Night Signature
The smoked housing and X-style light guide create a darker appearance when off and a clearly defined LED signature when illuminated.
Optional RGB Version
An RGB variant is available for customers who want additional multicolor decorative effects. Road-use restrictions vary by jurisdiction.
Current manufacturer guidance specifies red turn signals for Fremont / Texas-built vehicles and amber turn signals for Shanghai / Berlin-built vehicles. If your vehicle is a US import but local regulations require amber indicators, confirm the required signal configuration before the order is fulfilled.
Tesery currently labels the RGB version as “Banned on AU roads.” Exterior RGB lighting may also be restricted elsewhere. Check applicable local vehicle-lighting regulations before using decorative RGB effects on public roads.
Vehicle-Specific Plug-and-Play Replacement
Confirm the Tesla model, production date and build plant so the correct tail-light and turn-signal configuration can be selected.
Open the trunk and carefully remove the required inner trim to reach the factory rear-light connectors and mounting points.
Disconnect the original lamp connectors and carefully remove the factory tail-light sections from the body and trunk-lid positions.
Position the dedicated left and right replacement assemblies into the original mounting locations and secure them evenly.
Connect the dedicated wiring harness according to the supplied installation instructions. Additional bulbs are not required.
Before reinstalling the trunk trim, verify startup animation, position lights, brake lights, left/right turn signals, reverse lights and applicable rear-fog operation.
The current product uses dedicated vehicle-specific wiring connectors and does not require additional bulbs or routine cutting and splicing of the original vehicle harness.
The current product selector covers Model 3 2021–2023.10 and Model Y 2021–2025.03 only. Highland and Juniper use redesigned rear-light assemblies and should not be assumed compatible.
