Forged Zero G Wheels for Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X
Forged Zero G Wheels for Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X
Forged Zero G Wheels for Tesla Model 3 / Y / S / X
Upgrade your Tesla with a lightweight Zero G-inspired multi-spoke wheel design fully forged from 6061-T6 aluminum. Engineered around Tesla-specific bolt patterns, offsets and brake-clearance requirements, these wheels combine a sharper performance look with model-specific fitment for daily driving, wheel upgrades and winter setups.
Fully Forged Construction
Manufactured through a full forging process using 6061-T6 aluminum rather than conventional cast-wheel construction.
Tesla-Specific Fitment
Dedicated widths, offsets, bolt patterns and staggered setups are matched to the corresponding Tesla platform rather than relying on one universal wheel specification.
OEM Hardware Compatible
Current manufacturer specifications state compatibility with Tesla OEM lug nuts, TPMS sensors and center caps for easier integration with the original vehicle.
Why Zero G Forged Wheels Stand Out
The wheel blank is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum using a manufacturer-listed 10,000-ton forging process, producing a dense wheel structure suited to Tesla's vehicle weight and performance requirements.
Depending on diameter, width and offset, published wheel weights range from approximately 9 kg to 17.5 kg per wheel.
Thin flowing spokes visually open the wheel face and expose more of the brake hardware for a sharper, performance-focused appearance.
Depending on the Tesla model and wheel diameter, configurations range from equal-width wheels on all four corners to wider rear wheels on staggered setups.
Current TESKAY options include Satin Gray, Gloss Black, Satin Black and Cyber Silver, with additional custom color and lettering services available by arrangement.
Wheel Diameter Alone Does Not Determine Fitment
Width, offset, front/rear configuration, bolt pattern, brake clearance and tire size all matter. Select your exact Tesla model and intended diameter rather than ordering based only on an 18", 19", 20", 21" or 22" label.
Forged Detail from Every Angle
Satin Gray
A neutral metallic finish that highlights the sculpted split-spoke shape without the high reflectivity of gloss.
Gloss Black
A deep reflective black finish for stronger contrast against bright body colors and exposed brake calipers.
Sculpted Forged Spokes
The spoke surfaces transition through multiple contours toward the hub and outer barrel rather than using a flat cast-style spoke profile.
Cyber Silver
A bright metallic silver finish for customers who prefer maximum contrast and a more traditional premium wheel look.
Model-Specific Wheel & Tire Fitment
Confirm model, production year and trim, especially for Performance, Plaid or newer refreshed vehicles with different brake hardware.
Select only a diameter listed for your model-specific configuration rather than assuming all five diameters fit every Tesla.
A change in wheel diameter or width normally requires the corresponding tire size. Existing tires cannot simply be transferred to a different wheel diameter.
Compatible Tesla lug nuts, TPMS sensors and center caps may be transferred when appropriate for the selected setup.
Tires should be mounted and dynamically balanced using appropriate wheel equipment to protect the forged finish.
Before normal driving, verify brake, suspension and body clearance and torque the wheel hardware to the vehicle manufacturer's required specification.
TESKAY currently lists Model X 2021+ and a 22-inch option. The manufacturer technical table also publishes Model X 19", 20" and 22" dimensions, but the latest Tesery product selector itself currently omits Model X and 22". Confirm exact Model X / 22-inch production specifications before fulfillment.

Quick Answers
Are these wheels cast or forged? +
They are fully forged from 6061-T6 aluminum. The current manufacturer specification identifies a 10,000-ton forging process.
Does the set include four wheels? +
Yes. The current TESKAY package is priced and listed as a set of four forged wheels.
Do they fit Model 3 Highland? +
The current Tesery selector groups Model 3 and Highland together and its technical table states that the listed Model 3 sizes fit all Model 3 variants. Confirm the exact size and brake clearance for your trim before fulfillment.
Do they fit Model Y Juniper? +
The current manufacturer table states the Model Y specifications fit all Model Y variants. Because wheel and brake packages can vary by trim, confirm your exact Juniper configuration before final production.
Does the current TESKAY version fit Model S? +
Yes. Current technical specifications list the new 2021+ Model S platform, with 19-inch and 21-inch configurations.
What about Model X? +
TESKAY currently sells a Model X 2021+ option, and the manufacturer technical table publishes Model X 19", 20" and 22" specifications. However, the latest Tesery selector currently omits Model X, so exact fitment should be reconfirmed before a Model X order enters production.
Is 22-inch available for every Tesla model? +
No. The current source technical table specifically provides a 22-inch specification for the new Model X. Do not assume the 22-inch selector is compatible with Model 3, Model Y or Model S.
Can I reuse my original Tesla TPMS sensors? +
Yes. The manufacturer states that the wheels are compatible with Tesla OEM TPMS sensors.
Can I reuse my original lug nuts and center caps? +
Current manufacturer specifications state compatibility with Tesla OEM lug nuts and center caps.
Are TPMS sensors, tires and lug nuts included? +
The standard package is currently listed as four forged wheels. Tires, TPMS sensors, lug nuts and OEM center caps are not listed as part of that standard package unless separately arranged.
Can I reuse my current tires? +
Only when the tire dimensions are appropriate for the new wheel width and diameter. A 19-inch tire cannot be mounted onto a 20-inch wheel, and staggered configurations may also require different front and rear tire widths.
How much does each wheel weigh? +
Published ranges are approximately 9–12 kg for 18", 9.5–14 kg for 19", 10–15 kg for 20", 10.5–16 kg for 21", and 11.5–17.5 kg for 22". Exact weight varies with width, offset and wheel structure.
What is the load rating? +
Current manufacturer ratings are ≥850 kg per wheel for 18" and 19", ≥950 kg per wheel for 20" and 21", and ≥1000 kg per wheel for 22".
Which finishes are currently available? +
The current TESKAY selector lists Satin Gray, Gloss Black, Satin Black and Cyber Silver.
Can I order a custom color or lettering? +
Yes. Current manufacturer and TESKAY information support custom colors, brushed finishes and custom text/logo lettering. Custom specifications should be confirmed before production.
Should these wheels be professionally installed? +
Professional tire mounting, balancing and final vehicle clearance checks are recommended, particularly when changing diameter, using staggered widths or installing on Performance / Plaid configurations.
Fitment and Size Guidance
STANDARD SIZES
STANDARD SIZES: 18", 19", 20", 21", 22" are currently selectable in Shopify.
CUSTOM SIZES
CUSTOM SIZES: Custom wheel sizes are available on request. Please contact us before ordering.
Tesla Vehicle Fitment
This wheel style is available for Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model YL, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck. By default, wheel specifications are matched to your selected vehicle's factory/OEM configuration. Custom widths and offsets are available on request.
Tire Guidance
Changing wheel diameter may require different tires. Do not assume OEM tire reuse when changing to a different wheel diameter. For example, a 19-inch factory setup changed to a 22-inch wheel requires a suitable 22-inch tire configuration.
