General Service Agreement
All engagements with BACKUPMYFILESNOW.COM® Space Services Division are governed by our General Service Agreement, which outlines the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, and liability limitations applicable to all service engagements.

- Payment terms and invoicing schedule
- Liability limitations and indemnification
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations
- Termination and cancellation terms
Monthly Retainer Terms
Monthly retainer agreements are subject to the following terms:
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance
- Unused hours do not roll over to the following month
- Additional hours beyond the retainer are billed at $100.00/hr
- 30-day written notice required for retainer cancellation
- Retainer hours are non-refundable once the billing period begins
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging BACKUPMYFILESNOW.COM® Space Services are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid ServiceNow® licenses and subscriptions
- Complying with all ServiceNow® Master Agreements and Acceptable Use Policies
- Providing timely access to systems, environments, and personnel required for service delivery
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensuring appropriate security clearances and access controls are in place
Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by BACKUPMYFILESNOW.COM® remain the intellectual property of BACKUPMYFILESNOW.COM®. Deliverables produced specifically for the client under a signed agreement are transferred to the client upon full payment. ServiceNow® and all related product names are trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. and are not affiliated with BACKUPMYFILESNOW.COM®.
